Shipping policy

At Marty's Furniture, we're committed to delivering your order in a timely, reliable, and transparent way. This policy explains where we ship, how shipping is calculated, and what to expect after you place an order.

Where we ship

We ship across Canada to all 10 provinces and 3 territories.

We do not currently ship internationally, to P.O. boxes, or to freight-forwarding addresses.

How shipping is calculated

Shipping costs are flat rates calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery region. You'll see the exact shipping cost before you confirm payment — no surprises after the fact.

Current rates:

Ontario
- Standard delivery: $49 · Free on orders over $999
- White Glove Delivery (available on request): $125

Quebec
- Standard delivery: $99

Maritimes (NB, NS, PEI, NL)
- Standard delivery: $149

Prairies (MB, SK, AB)
- Standard delivery: $249

British Columbia
- Standard delivery: $299

Territories (YT, NT, NU)
- Standard delivery: $399

Handling time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing takes place Monday to Friday. Orders are not processed on weekends or statutory holidays.

Delivery timeframes

Estimated delivery after dispatch:
- Ontario (in-house delivery in GTA, courier elsewhere): 3–7 business days
- Quebec: 3–7 business days
- Maritimes: 5–10 business days
- Prairies: 5–10 business days
- British Columbia: 5–10 business days
- Territories: 7–14 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Remote locations may take longer.

Large items

For sofas, sectionals, beds, dining tables, and other large furniture, we coordinate a delivery window with you before dispatch. Someone 18+ must be present to accept delivery. We recommend measuring doorways, stairwells, and elevators before ordering to confirm the piece will fit.

Delivery damage

Inspect your order at the time of delivery. If a piece arrives damaged, note it on the delivery slip and email us photos at sales@martysfurniture.ca within 48 hours so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. For Ontario in-house deliveries in the GTA, we'll contact you directly to schedule your delivery window.
