Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

We sell two kinds of pieces. Some are made in Canada by Canadian manufacturers, and those carry a Made in Canada badge on the product page. The rest come from manufacturers we have worked with for years, most of them overseas. We tell you which is which on every product.
Care instructions vary by material. Wood pieces should be kept away from direct sunlight and wiped with a dry cloth. Fabric upholstery can be spot-cleaned with mild detergent.
Yes. Most products come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty against defects. Extended warranty options are available at checkout.
Most smaller items ship fully assembled. Larger pieces like beds and dining tables may require light assembly and include detailed instructions.
Yes, white-glove delivery and assembly is available for an additional fee. Select it at checkout or contact us to add it.
