We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on most items in original, unused condition. Custom or final sale items are non-refundable.

Email us at sales@martysfurniture.ca with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process — returns are 30 days, free, with no restocking fee.

Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

Please inspect your delivery and note any damage on the delivery receipt. Contact us within 48 hours with photos and we’ll make it right.

We sell two kinds of pieces. Our Canadian Made collection is handcrafted at our Mississauga workshop at 565 Otto Road — the same building where our family has been making furniture since 1986. Every Canadian-made piece carries a visible “Made in Canada” badge on the product page. The rest of our catalog is curated from trusted international manufacturers and brought to you direct, without the retail markup. We’re transparent about origin on every product.

Care instructions vary by material. Wood pieces should be kept away from direct sunlight and wiped with a dry cloth. Fabric upholstery can be spot-cleaned with mild detergent.

Yes. Most products come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty against defects. Extended warranty options are available at checkout.

Absolutely — visit our showroom at 565 Otto Rd, Mississauga. Our team is there Mon–Fri 10am–6pm and Sat–Sun 11am–5pm.

Most smaller items ship fully assembled. Larger pieces like beds and dining tables may require light assembly and include detailed instructions.

Yes, white-glove delivery and assembly is available for an additional fee. Select it at checkout or contact us to add it.
