This warranty covers defects in material or workmanship under normal residential use during the Warranty Period.

Marty's Furniture will repair or replace, at no charge, any product or part that proves defective due to improper materials or workmanship. Items that arrive damaged or defective must be reported within 3 days of receipt.

Replacement goods assume the remaining warranty of the original item.

Depending on the issue, Marty's Furniture will:

• Repair the product at no charge
• Ship replacement parts
• Replace the entire unit at our discretion

The warranty does not cover problems caused by:

• Wear and tear
• Accidental damage
• Irregular or improper use
• Issues not related to material or workmanship defects
