SHIPPING

• We aim to process all orders within 1–3 business days (Handling Time). Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days (Transit Time) depending on your location.

• Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) will begin processing the following business day. Delivery fees are shown at checkout and vary by region.

• Before your order arrives, we’ll reach out by email to coordinate a delivery date or share tracking details, depending on the item and your location.

• You’ll also have the option at checkout to upgrade to white glove delivery for an elevated, worry-free experience.

• We offer free shipping on most orders over $1000. For orders under $1000, shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

RETURNS

• If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

• Please contact us within 30 days of delivery to start a return. Items must be unused, unassembled, in original condition, and packaged in the original box.

• Return shipping fees will apply, but you’re always welcome to bring approved returns directly to our Mississauga warehouse at no charge.

• Kindly note that made-to-order and custom pieces, display items, open box items, pillows, duvets, bedding, and mattresses are final sale.
